Donna Barker
SVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer

Donna is currently SVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Health Monitor Network, a leading targeted healthcare marketing platform company, and a founding member company of the Point of Care Marketing Association (POCMA). Her contributions have been transformative in the marketing of Health Monitor—new positioning and branding of the newly redesigned print products with add-on digital product line extensions to help modernize the company’s legacy print offering; significantly expanding the company’s social media reach including a new website and marketing materials with a strong marketplace thought leadership profile. She is a core leader on the Senior Leadership team (SLT) and over the last 3 years have helped drive significant growth for the organization while helping patients get better health outcomes with the content her organization places at all points of care.
Prior to joining Health Monitor Network, Donna held senior marketing leadership roles across Health, Wellness, Food and Personal Care brands in OTC and CPG categories at Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, GSK, and Unilever with brand/portfolio revenues from $50 Million to $1 Billion. During her various assignments, she delivered outstanding omnichannel marketing campaigns to reach a range of consumers, markets, and channels for brands such as Ragu, Hellman’s, Wish-bone, Slim-Fast, Centrum, Advil, Robitussin, Knorr, Lipton and Dove.
Donna sits on the Marketing Communications Committee of the Point of Care Communications Council (POCMA) where she advocates for the effective use of point of care channel to advance health and healthcare outcomes. She also sits on the Global Leadership Council of United Way of Northern New Jersey, advocating to help ALICE® (Asset Limited, Income constrained, Employed) – those who are working yet cannot afford life’s basics such as healthcare, education, or housing in NJ.
Donna earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from The College of New Jersey, where she graduated with honors (magna cum laude).
